Beaches
The MFD Beaches are open to all Fire District taxpayers and their guests.
There are three Beaches; Lawton Beach, Benson Beach and Clark Farms Beach.
Beach tags, which are provided free to all MFD taxpayers, are required to enter the MFD beaches.
Parking is available on a first come first served basis at the Lawton and Benson Beaches.
The purchase and display of a parking pass is required to park at MFD parking lots.
If you missed the 3 weekends to receive your beach passes and parking passes,
the next date will be June 13th after the Annual Meeting which can end between 12:00-1:00pm.
After that date, you can send us a self-addressed envelope along with
your MFD address and copy of your drivers license. We will mail your passes out to you.

Remember Beaches will only be open weekends until June 19th.
As of June 19th, beaches will be open 7 days a week depending on the weather.
**All fire district taxes must be paid in full.

2026 Hours of Operation
Beaches Open Weekends
All Beaches (Benson, Clark and Lawton) will be open the weekends of
May 23-24 (including Memorial Day), May 30-31, June 6-7 and June 13-14.
The hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Beaches Open Daily
All beaches will be open every day starting June 19 through Monday, September 7.
The hours are:
Weekdays — 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays — 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
